Insert magnet with superglue. Hammer it in if necessary. Cover with greenstuff if you feel necessary. But you can paint the magnet over. The only hard requirement is to keep in mind the polarity. Otherwise your guns won't stick. Usually I use one crisis suit that's already magnetized. Put the new magnet on it.
